Paradigm Roofing was founded in 2004 by Texas-native, Tony Hall, a licensed roofing professional with more than 30 years of roofing and construction experience. At the age of 15, Tony started roofing shingles and by the time he graduated high school, he was managing his own crew for one of the largest builders in the country. Tony enlisted in the United States Navy and served for four years before attending college and obtaining a degree in corporate finance. He then spent two decades growing the financial wealth for everyday people and eventually self-funded Paradigm Roofing. In North Dallas there are thousands of roofing contractors, most of whom are fly-by-night roofers who are looking for a quick dollar and lack both the integrity and knowledge to build a great roof system that not only keeps buildings safe from the elements but also drives down energy cost. The two pillars on which Paradigm was built and runs on today are honesty and knowledge. Since starting Paradigm, the company has been recognized among many institutions for its best-in-class installation and for its customer service. As a result, the company has won four Golden Hammer. In 2023, Tony brought on strategic partner Greg Hiltz, to co-own and operate Paradigm. Greg has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and like Tony, served in the United States Navy for four years. After the Navy Greg attended Harvard Business School before spending fifteen years in finance and operations, which included several years in home construction where we managed full building renovations all over Texas. Like Tony, Greg is a principled leader who believes in doing things the right way and making customers happy.

In 2024, Paradigm Roofing proudly received its third consecutive Brava Roof Tile Excellence Award for a stunning Spanish Barrel Tile installation in Mediterranean color on a project in Canyon Lake, TX.
In 2023, Paradigm Roofing was honored with the prestigious NTRCA Golden Hammer Award for our outstanding Tejas España Concrete Tile installation, as featured by the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association.
In 2023, Paradigm Roofing completed roof installation of The Chandler Center, a historical property in San Antonio, TX. We installed Slate Tile in the color Washington for which we won a Brava 2023 Excellence Award.
In 2022, Paradigm Roofing completed roof installation of Luxe of McKinney apartments, which involved a variety of roofing materials. On the clubhouse, we installed Brava’s Spanish Terra Cotta for which we won a Brava 2022 Excellence Award.
Paradigm Roofing earned the 2020 NTRCA Golden Hammer Award for outstanding craftsmanship using Brava’s Spanish Barrel Tile. This award-winning project was featured in The Roofing Contractor and showcased by Brava for its excellence in design and execution.
In 2017, Paradigm Roofing won a Golden Hammer for “Outstanding Metal or Tile Roofing Project” for the installation of Brava tile on Monticello Townhomes in Dallas, TX. product
In 2012, Paradigm reroofed a gorgeous home in McKinney, Texas using a combination of metal and shingles. Metal was carefully installed on the home’s intricate turret.
