This job consisted of re-roofing 3 different units with GAF’s 60 MIL TPO product. The Paradigm team navigated logistical challenges created by tight operating spaces and buildings that were over 100 years old but was able to achieve a manufacturer’s 20 year No Dollar Limit warranty and keep businesses operating under the roof during the project. This roof also had skylights, HVAC work and some coating that needed to be done. Turned out great!
